Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan, didapatkan 10 mahasiswi kebidanan STIKes&#13;
Mitra RIA Husada, diantaranya 4 atau 40% mengalami anemia dimana kadar hemoglobin kurang dari&#13;
12gr/dl dan 6 atau 60% tidak mengalami anemia.&#13;
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi jus jambu biji terhadap peningkatan&#13;
kadar hemoglobin pada mahasiswi Kebidanan STIKes Mitra RIA Husada tahun 2019. Penelitian ini&#13;
menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini pra-experiment&#13;
dengan One group pre test posttest design. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswi&#13;
Kebidanan yang termasuk dalam kriteria sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Analisa data yang digunakan pada&#13;
penelitian ini Uji T-Dependent.&#13;
Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin pada kelompok eksperimen setelah perlakuan (post-test) lebih tinggi&#13;
daripada pre-test. Dari hasil uji statistic didapatkan nilai p atau p value yang menunjukan perbedaan&#13;
yang bermakna atau signifikan. Ada perbedaan rata-rata kadar hemoglobin pada kelompok eksperimen&#13;
sebelum perlakuan (Pre-Test) dan setelah perlakuan (Post-Test).&#13;
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh konsumi jus jambu biji terhadap&#13;
peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada mahasiswi kebidanan STIKes Mitra RIA Husada tahun 2019.&#13;
Diharapkan institusi pendidikan dapat mengedukasi dan menganjurkan kepada mahasiswi untuk&#13;
mengkonsumsi jus jambu biji sebagai alternatif komplementer untuk meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin.&#13;

Based on the results of a preliminary study, 10 midwifery students of STIKes Mitra RIA Husada found&#13;
that 40% of them had anemia when the hemoglobin level was less than 12 grams/dl and 60% did not&#13;
have anemia.&#13;
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of guava juice consumption on increasing hemoglobin&#13;
levels in Midwifery students of STIKes Mitra RIA Husada in 2019. This study was one of quantitative&#13;
research, the method used in this study was pre-experiment with One group pretest-posttest design.&#13;
Respondent in this study was Midwifery students who included in the sample criteria, 30 people.&#13;
Analysis of the data used in this study is the T-dependent Test.&#13;
The average hemoglobin level in the experimental group after treatment (post-test) is higher than the&#13;
pre-test. From the statistical test results, the p-value shows a significant or significant difference.&#13;
There were differences in the average levels of hemoglobin in the experimental group before treatment&#13;
(Pre-Test) and after treatment (Post-Test). The results of this study indicate that there is an influence&#13;
of guava juice consumption to increase hemoglobin levels in Midwifery students of STIKes Mitra RIA&#13;
Husada in 2019. It is hoped that educational institutions can educate and encourage female students to&#13;
consume guava juice as a complementary to increasing hemoglobin levels.&#13;
