ABSTRAK Nama : Nurliza Program Studi : Program Studi Sarjana Terapan Kebidanan Judul : Pengaruh Pijat Oksitosin dan Breast Care terhadap Produksi ASI Pada Ibu Nifas di Klinik Anny Rahardjo Pasar Rebo Tahun 2019 United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) menyebutkan bahwa kematian sekitar 30 ribu anak di Indonesia setiap tahunnya dapat dicegah melalui pemberian ASI secara eksklusif selama 6 bulan sejak kelahiran bayi.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat oksitosin dan breast care terhadap produksi ASI. Metode penelitian ini adalah pre experimental, dengan bentuk one group pre-test dan post-test. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Klinik Utama Anny Rahardjo Pasar Rebo Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada bulan Juni-Juli. Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 35 orang. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanayak 22 ibu nifas, menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat uji dependent t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh pemberian pijat oksitosin dan breast care terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu nifas. Berdasarkan hasil ini disarankan untuk mengembangkan pelayanan dengan memberikan intervensi kombinasi pada ibu postpartum untuk membantu meningkatkan ASI. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of oxytocin massage and breast care on milk production. This research method is pre experimental, in the form of one group pre-test and post-test. This research was conducted at the Anny Rahardjo Pasar Rebo Main Clinic in 2019. This research was conducted in June-July. The population in the study were 35 people. The total sample of the study were 22 postpartum mothers, using accidental sampling technique. Data collection using univariate analysis and bivariate dependent t-test. The results showed the influence of oxytocin massage and breast care on breast milk production in postpartum mothers.
