ABSTRAK&#13;
Sumber daya manusia merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam upaya&#13;
mencapai tujuan pelayanan kesehatan. Kinerja bidan merupakan salah satu&#13;
indikator keberhasilan pelayanan yang nantinya dapat memberikan konstribusi&#13;
yang nyata dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Dari hasil studi pendahuluan kepada stake&#13;
holder pengguna jasa kebidanan ditemukan belum memiliki lembar penilaian untuk&#13;
para pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Perbedaan&#13;
Kompetensi Task Skill dan Adaptation Skill Terhadap Kinerja Bidan Lulusan Tahun&#13;
2016 STIKes Mitra Ria Husada Menurut Persepsi Pengguna Jasa Tahun 2018.&#13;
Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan desain&#13;
pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah lulusan STIKes Mitra Ria&#13;
Husada Angkatan X tahun 2016. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental&#13;
sampling sebanyak 30 responden dan analisis data menggunakan chi-square dengan&#13;
data primer. Hasil studi menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan&#13;
kompetensi Task Skill dan Adaptation Skill secara bersama-sama dengan Kinerja&#13;
Bidan lulusan STIKes Mitra Ria Husada dengan nilai p Value 0,005 (p &lt; 0,05)&#13;
untuk variabel Task Skill dan nilai p Value 0,020 (p &lt; 0,05) untuk variabel&#13;
Adaptation Skill. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat Perbedaan Kompetensi&#13;
Task Skill dan Adaptation Skill Terhadap Kinerja Bidan Lulusan Tahun 2016&#13;
STIKes Mitra Ria Husada Menurut Persepsi Pengguna Jasa Tahun 2018. Saran&#13;
dalam penelitian ini agar tetap bisa mempertahankan kompetensi yang dimilikinya&#13;
bahwa semakin meningkatnya kompetensi Task Skill dan Adaptation Skill akan&#13;
semakin meningkatnya pula kinerja bidan yang lebih optimal dalam memberikan&#13;
pelayanan kebidanan yang berkualitas.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Human resource is the important aspect in order to achieve the objective&#13;
of good health service. Midwife’s performance is one indicator of success of service&#13;
that can finally give real contribution in health service. From the results of a&#13;
preliminary study of the midwifery service users, it was found that they did not have&#13;
an assessment sheet for employees. The aim of this research is to find out the&#13;
difference of Task Skill and Adaptation Skill to the midwife’s performance&#13;
graduated in 2016 from The School of Health Sciences of Mitra Ria Husada&#13;
according to users’ perception in 2018. The type of this research was analytic&#13;
descriptive by using design with cross-sectional approach. The population of this&#13;
research was the graduates of The School of Health Sciences of Mitra Ria Husada,&#13;
generation X of 2016, The sampling technique of this research was accidental&#13;
sampling as many as 30 respondents and data analysis used chi-square with&#13;
primary data. The result of the study shows that there is significant difference of&#13;
Task Skill and Adaptation skill competence altogether and the midwife’s&#13;
performance of graduates of STIKES Mitra Ria Husada with p value 0,005 (p &lt;&#13;
0,05) for Task Skill variable and p value 0,020 (p &lt; 0,05) for Adaption Skill&#13;
variable. The conclusion of this research is that there is different competence of&#13;
Task Skill and Adaption Skill to the midwife’s performance graduated in 2016 from&#13;
STIKES Mitra Ria Husada according to users’ perception in 2018. Suggestion in&#13;
this research is that STIKES Mitra Ria Husada be able to keep their competence&#13;
that the more improved the competence of Task Skill and Adaptation Skill, the more&#13;
improved the midwife’s performance which is optimum in giving the qualified&#13;
midwifery service.&#13;
