ABSTRAK&#13;
Keperawatan merupakan salah satu profesi di Rumah Sakit yang berperan penting dalam&#13;
penyelenggaraan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Berdasarkan survey pendahuluan diketahui adanya&#13;
penurunan kinerja perawat selama 6 bulan terakhir berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi form penilaian kinerja.&#13;
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pendidikan, masa kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap&#13;
kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu Cimanggis Depok tahun 2018. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif&#13;
analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 152 orang perawat dengan&#13;
sampel diambil sebanyak 60 orang perawat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder.&#13;
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa yang memiliki kinerja baik sebanyak 26 orang perawat (43%) dan&#13;
perawat yang memiliki kinerja tidak baik sebanyak 34 orang perawat (57%). Dari 3 variabel diperoleh&#13;
pendidikan (pValue = 0,012), masa kerja (pValue = 0,794) dan kompensasi (pValue = 0,036). Dari hasil&#13;
penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara pendidikan dan kompensasi terhadap&#13;
kinerja perawat di RS Tugu Ibu dan tidak adanya hubungan antara masa kerja terhadap kinerja perawat di&#13;
RS Tugu Ibu tahun 2018. Adapun saran bagi Rumah Sakit diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kembali&#13;
kinerja perawat agar berkualitas dalam memberikan pelayanan di Rumah Sakit.&#13;

Educational relationships, tenure, and compensation for the performance of nurses at the hospital Tugu&#13;
Ibu Cimanggis of 2018 period&#13;
ABSTRACT&#13;
Nursing is one of the professions in the Hospital that plays an important role in the implementation of the&#13;
quality of health services. Based on the preliminary survey, there was a decrease of nurse performance&#13;
during the last 6 months based on the result of recapitulation of performance appraisal form. The&#13;
purpose of this study to determine the relationship of education, tenure, and compensation for the&#13;
performance of nurses at Tugu Ibu Cimanggis Hospital Depok in 2018. This research is analytic&#13;
quantitative with cross sectional design. The population in this study was 152 nurses with the sample&#13;
taken as many as 60 people nurses. Data collection using primary and secondary data. The result of the&#13;
research showed that the good performer was 26 nurses (43%) and the nurses who had poor performance&#13;
were 34 nurses (57%). From 3 variables obtained education (pValue = 0,012), working period (pValue =&#13;
0,794) and compensation (pValue = 0,036). From the results of this study can be concluded that the&#13;
relationship between education and compensation on the performance of nurses in Tugu Ibu Hospital and&#13;
the absence of relationship between the working period on the performance of nurses at Tugu Ibu&#13;
Hospital in 2018. The suggestions for the Hospital is expected to improve the performance of nurses back&#13;
to quality in providing services at the Hospital.&#13;
