Tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan dan disiplin kerja karyawan merupakan faktor&#13;
yang penting dalam mengembangkan suatu sistem penyediaan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan&#13;
kebutuhan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor apa yang&#13;
berhubungan dengan disiplin kerja karyawan non medis di Rumah Sakit Karya Medika tahun&#13;
2018.&#13;
Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross sectional. Data yang&#13;
digunakan data primer dan sekunder. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 46 responden.&#13;
Analisis uji yang digunakan menggunakan rumus “chi square”.&#13;
Hasil penelitian menunjukan disiplin kerja karyawan non medis yang tidak disiplin sebanyak&#13;
70%. Ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan disiplin kerja dengan nilai p value = 0.005,&#13;
tidak ada hubungan antara status perkawinan dengan disiplin kerja dengan nilai p value&#13;
=0.063, Ada hubungan antara jarak tinggal dengan disiplin kerja dengan nilai p value =&#13;
0.000, Ada hubungan antara pengawasan dengan disiplin kerja dengan nilai p value = 0.000,&#13;
Ada hubungan antara sanksi dengan disiplin kerja dengan nilai p value = 0.000.&#13;
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin,jarak&#13;
tinggal,pengawasan,sanksi,dengan disiplin kerja karyawan non medis di Rumah Sakit Karya&#13;
Medika tahun 2018. Saran agar manajemen RS Karya Medika melakukan evaluasi berkala&#13;
mengenai tingkat disiplin kerja karyawan.&#13;

The level of patient satisfaction with service and employee discipline is an important factor in&#13;
developing a service delivery system that suits the needs of the patient. This study aims to&#13;
determine what factors relate to the discipline of non-medical employees work at Medika&#13;
Karya Hospital in 2018.&#13;
This research method is quantitative using cross sectional design. Data used primary and&#13;
secondary data. The number of samples taken as many as 46 respondents. The test analysis&#13;
used using the formula &quot;chi square&quot;.&#13;
The results showed the discipline of non-disciplined non-medical employees as much as&#13;
70%. There is relationship between sex with work discipline with value p value = 0.005,&#13;
there is no relationship between marital status with work discipline with p value = 0.063,&#13;
There is relationship between distance of stay with work discipline with value p value =&#13;
0.000, There is relationship between supervision with work discipline with p value = 0.000,&#13;
There is a relationship between sanctions with work discipline with p value = 0.000.&#13;
The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between sex, distance of stay,&#13;
supervision, sanction, with work discipline of non medical personnel at Rumah Medika&#13;
Karya Hospital 2018. Suggestion that RS Medika Hospital's management conduct periodic&#13;
evaluation about worker discipline level.&#13;
