ABSTRAK&#13;
Kinerja pegawai merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam usaha organisasi untuk mencapai tujuannya,&#13;
sehingga berbagai kegiatan harus dilakukan organisasi untuk meningkatkannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk&#13;
mengetahui hubungan antara faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja petugas medis di Rumah Sakit Umum&#13;
Dr. Sismadi.Metode penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional.&#13;
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Sismadi Cileungsi Bogor, dan waktu penelitian dilakukan&#13;
pada bulan Mei 2018. Populasi penelitian ini ialah seluruh petugas medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Sismadi,&#13;
dengan sampel sebanyak 89 orang petugas medis. Hasil penelitian yaitu kinerja petugas medis di Rumah Sakit&#13;
Umum Dr. Sismadi berkinerja tinggi sebanyak 64%, motivasi petugas medis tinggi sebanyak 74,2%, kepuasan&#13;
kerja petugas medis yang puas sebanyak 68,5%, imbalan tinggi yang diterima sebanyak 60,7%, dan umur&#13;
petugas medis di usia produktif sebanyak 92,1%. Sehingga didapatkan pula hasil penelitian bahwa ada&#13;
hubungan bermakna antara kinerja petugas medis dengan motivasi dengan p value 0,002, kepuasan kerja dengan&#13;
p value 0,010, imbalan dengan p value 0,000, serta umur dengan p value 0,093 namun OR 5,093. Saran untuk&#13;
Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Sismadi agar lebih mempermudah pengadaan sarana dan prasarana, mengadakan&#13;
reward terhadap petugas yang berkinerja baik, serta lebih memperhatikan unsur kelayakan imbalan petugas&#13;
medis.&#13;

REWARD, AND AGE WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THE MEDICAL&#13;
OFFICER AT THE GENERAL HOSPITAL DR. SISMADI YEAR 2018&#13;
ABSTRACT&#13;
Employee performance is a very important thing in business organizations to achieve the goal, so that the&#13;
various activities of the Organization should be done to increase it. The purpose of this research is to know the&#13;
relation between the factors – factors that affect the performance of the medical officer at the General Hospital&#13;
Dr. Sismadi. Research methods using quantitative research design with Cross Sectional approach. This&#13;
research was conducted in a general hospital Dr. Sismadi Cileungsi Bogor, and the research conducted in may&#13;
2018. The population of this research is that the whole of the medical officer at the General Hospital Dr.&#13;
Sismadi, with samples as many as 89 people medical officer. Results of the study, namely the performance of&#13;
the medical officer at the General Hospital Dr. Sismadi high performance as much as 64%, motivation high as&#13;
much as medical officer 74.2%, job satisfaction satisfied the medical officer as much as 68.5%, high rewards&#13;
earned as much as 60.7%, and aged medical officer in productive age as much as 92.1%. So obtained also the&#13;
results of research that there is a meaningful relationship between performance medical officer with 0.002 p&#13;
value with motivation, job satisfaction with p value 0.010, reward with a p value 0.000, and age with p value yet&#13;
OR 0.093 5.093. Suggestions for General Hospital Dr. Sismadi to better facilitate the procurement of facilities&#13;
and infrastructure, performing reward against officers who perform well, and pay more attention to the&#13;
elements of the feasibility of return for medical officers&#13;
