ABSTRAK&#13;
Seiring meningkatnya laju pertumbuhan rumah sakit dari tahun ke tahun, tentunya rumah sakit dituntut untuk&#13;
mampu bersaing dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat salah satunya adalah kinerja&#13;
petugas kesehatan. Kinerja sangat lah penting, karena kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas&#13;
yang dicapai oleh karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawabnya. Skripsi ini&#13;
membahas pengaruh motivasi, kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan, dan pengembangan karier terhadap kinerja&#13;
petugas kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Harapan Mulia Cibarusah Tahun 2018 . Penelitian ini adalah penelitian&#13;
kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan metode total sampling. Pengambilan data dengan instrumen&#13;
penelitian berupa kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 responden. Hasil penelitian dari 48&#13;
responden menunjukan bahwa responden yang memiliki kinerja tinggi sebanyak 60,4% dan kinerja rendah&#13;
sebanyak 39,6%. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa variabel yang dinyatakan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja&#13;
yaitu motivasi (P-value = 0,010), kepuasan kerja (P-value = 0,023), kepemimpinan (P-value = 0,003) dan&#13;
pengembangan karier (P-value = 0,004). Saran bagi rumah sakit yaitu diharapkan melakukan evaluasi kinerja&#13;
dan dapat mengadakan seminar-seminar, pelatihan serta kesempatan untuk melanjutkan pendidikan bagi petugas&#13;
kesehatan.&#13;

HARAPAN MULIA’S HOSPITAL CIBARUSAH BEKASI IN 2018&#13;
ABSTRACT&#13;
Along with the rise in the rate of growth of the hospital from year to year, of course, the&#13;
hospital is required to compete in increasing the quality of service to the community, one of&#13;
which is the performance of health workers. Performance is very important, because the&#13;
performance is the result of work in the quality and quantity achieved by employees in&#13;
carrying out its work in accordance with his responsibilities. This thesis discusses the&#13;
influence of motivation, job satisfaction, leadership, career development and performance&#13;
against health workers at the hospital Hope the noble Cibarusah Year 2018. This research is&#13;
quantitative research with cross sectional approach and method of total sampling. Data&#13;
retrieval with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this&#13;
research as much as 48 respondents. The research results of the 48 respondents showed that&#13;
respondents who have high performance as much as 60.4% and low performance as much as&#13;
39.6 percent. The results of statistical tests is obtained that the variables are declared to a&#13;
performance that is the motivation (P-value = 0.010), job satisfaction (P-value = 0.023),&#13;
leadership (P-value = 0.003) and career development (P-value = 0.004). Advice for a hospital that is expected to conduct a performance evaluation and can hold seminars, training&#13;
and opportunities for continuing education for health workers.&#13;
