    Keluarga di PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) TBK Cabang&#13;
   Jagorawi Tahun 2018.&#13;
Stres kerja merupakan gejala psikologi yang sering kita temui dalam kehidupan&#13;
sehari-hari dimana setiap individu pasti pernah mengalaminya. Gejala-gejala&#13;
perilaku utama dari stres kerja salah satunya menurunnya prestasi kerja dan&#13;
produktifitas seseorang. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di&#13;
PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Taman Mini Jakarta bahwa karyawan sering&#13;
merasakan kelelahan dalam bekerja karena beban terlalu berat. Penelitian ini&#13;
adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional dan metode&#13;
stratified sampling. Pengambilan dengan isntrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner.&#13;
Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 responden. Hasil penelitian ini&#13;
menunjukan bahwa responden yang mengalami stres kerja ringan sebanyak 59,4%&#13;
dan yang mengalami stres kerja berat sebanyak 40,6%. Hasil uji didapatkan&#13;
bahwa variabel yang memiliki hubungan yang bermakna yaitu beban kerja (p-&#13;
value 0,017), lingkungan sosial (p-value 0,000), masalah ekonomi (p-value&#13;
0,000) dan masalah keluarga (p-value 0,004). Saran agar perlu dibuat suatu&#13;
kebijakan terikat dengan pengembangan karir karyawan agar mereka tetap&#13;
termotivasi dalam bekerja walaupun dengan beban kerja yang tinggi.&#13;

Work stress is a symptom of psychology that we often encounter in daily life&#13;
where every individual certainly never experienced it. The behavior of the main&#13;
symptoms of work stress one declining work achievement and productivity. Based&#13;
on research conducted by researchers at the PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk,&#13;
Jakarta's Taman mini that employees often feel exhausted in the works because&#13;
the load is too heavy. This research is quantitative with the research approach of&#13;
Cross Sectional and the method of stratified sampling. Retrieval with instrument&#13;
research in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this research as much as 64&#13;
respondents. The results of this study indicate that respondents who experienced&#13;
mild work stress as much as 59.4% and experiencing heavy work stress as much&#13;
as 40.6%. Test result is obtained that the variables have a relationship that&#13;
meaningful i.e. the workload (p-value of 0,017), social environment (p-value&#13;
0,000), economic problems (p-value 0,000) and family matters (p-value 0,004).&#13;
Recommendations to make need to be made a policy tied to the career&#13;
development of employees to keep them motivated in working though with a high&#13;
workload.&#13;
