FAKTOR PENYEBAB KECELAKAAN KERJA PADA PEKERJA BAGIAN LIFTING MANUAL HANDLING UNIT KERJA JAKARTA CIKAMPEK DI PT. X KAB BOGOR PADA TAHUN 2018 Athira azis Program Studi S1 Kesehatan Masyarakat, STIKes Mitra RIA Husada, Jakarta Timur Email : pathiraazis@gmail.com ABSTRAK Kecelakaan kerja merupakan kejadian yang tidak terduga dan tidak diharapkan, dimana peristiwa tersebut tidak ada unsur kesengajaan, kecelakaan kerja merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi diperusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Faktor penyebab kecelakaan kerja pada pekerja bagian Lifting manual handling unit kerja Jakarta Cikampek di PT. X Kab.Bogor pada Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi yang diambil adalah pekerja bagian Lifting manual handling yang berjumlah 40 pekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember-Mei 2018. Variabel yang digunakan kecelakaan kerja, tingkat pendidikan, kepatuhan terhadap prosedur dan sikap kerja. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan distribusi frekuensi kecelakaan kerja pekerja yang pernah mengalami kecelakaan kerja sebanyak 22 (55,0%). Diketahui tidak adanya hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan dengan kecelakaan kerja (Pvalue 0,112), ada hubungan antara kepatuhan terhadap prosedur dengan kecelakaan kerja (Pvalue 0,001), ada hubungan antara sikap kerja dengan kecelakaan kerja (P value 0,005). Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kepatuhan terhadap prosedur dan sikap kerja pada pekerja bagian Lifting manual handling di PT.X Kab.Bogor pada Tahun 2018. ABSTRACT Work accident is an unexpected occurrence and is not expected, the event where there is no element of deliberate action, work accident is one of the problems that often occur inside. The purpose of this research is to know the cause of the accident on the part of workers Lifting manual handling work unit Jakarta, Cikampek PT. X Kab. Bogor in the year 2018. This research is a type of quantitative research with cross sectional approach. The population of the captured workers was Lifting sections of the manual handling of 40 workers. This research was conducted in December ¬-may 2018. Variables used work accident, level of education, adherence to procedures and work attitude. Of research results obtained a work accident frequency distribution workers who have experienced accidents by as much as 22 (55.0%). Note the absence of relationship between level of education with work accidents (0.112 Pvalue), there is a connection between obedience to the procedure with a work accident (Pvalue 0.001), there is a relationship between work attitude with accident (P value 0.005).From the results of the study it was concluded that there is a relationship between adherence to procedures and work attitude on Lifting parts manual handling workers at PT.
