ABSTRAK&#13;
Keperawatan merupakan salah satu profesi di rumah sakit yang berperan penting dalam&#13;
penyelenggaraan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Berdasarkan survey pendahuluan 6 dari 10 orang&#13;
perawat terdapat motivasi kerja nya masih rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui&#13;
faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan motivasi kerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Kesdam Jaya&#13;
Cijantung pada tahun 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain&#13;
cross sectional. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sampel yang&#13;
digunakan sebanyak 60 responden. Analisis uji yang digunakan menggunakan rumus “chi&#13;
square” dengan uji stastistik. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan motivasi kerja perawat yang baik&#13;
sebanyak 63,3%. Ada hubungan antara penghargaan, lingkungan kerja dan supervisi dengan&#13;
motivasi kerja dengan nilai p value = 0,000 dan tidak ada hubungan antara gaji dengan motivasi&#13;
kerja dengan nilai p value = 1,000. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada&#13;
hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan penghargaan, lingkungan kerja, dan supervisi di Rumah&#13;
Sakit Kesdam Jaya Cijantung pada tahun 2018. Adapun saran bagi Rumah Sakit diharapkan&#13;
untuk meningkatkan kembali motivasi kerja perawat agar berkualitas dalam pelayanan di&#13;
Rumah Sakit.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Nursing is one of the professions in the hospital that plays an important role in the&#13;
implementation of the quality of health services. Based on the preliminary studies, 6 out of 10&#13;
nurses have low work motivations. This study aims to determine the factors related to work&#13;
motivations of nurses in Kesdam Jaya Cijantung hospital in 2018. This study uses quantitative&#13;
method with cross-sectional design. The data consist of primary and secondary data. The&#13;
sample consists of 60 respondents. The data are analyzed by chi square formula with statistical&#13;
test. This study’s results show that there are 63.3% of good work motivations of the nurses.&#13;
There are relationships between rewards, work environment and supervision with work&#13;
motivations with p value = 0,000, and there is no relationship between salaries with work&#13;
motivations with p value= 1,000. From the results above, it can be concluded that there are&#13;
relationships sbetween work motivations and rewards, work environment, and supervision in&#13;
Kesdam Jaya Hospital Cijantung in 2018. As a suggestion, the hospital is expected to improve&#13;
the work motivation of nurses for the quality of hospital services.&#13;
