ABSTRAK&#13;
Kelelahan adalah suatu mekanisme perlindungan tubuh agar terhindar dari kerusakan lebih&#13;
lanjut sehingga terjadi pemulihan setelah istirahat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahui&#13;
persentase kelelahan kerja tinggi dan dibuktikan adanya perbedaan kelelahan kerja perawat&#13;
berdasarkan beban kerja fisik, asupan energi, pencahayaan, psikososial dan masa kerja di&#13;
RSIA Kenari Graha Medika Cileungsi Bogor tahun 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian&#13;
analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian&#13;
ini adalah purposive sampling berjumlah 35 orang perawat. Instrumen yang digunakan&#13;
kuesioner kelelahan kerja IFRC, food recall, kuesioner psikososial, stopwatch dan lux meter.&#13;
Analisis data digunakan dengan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat (uji chi square). Hasil&#13;
penelitian ini membuktikan adanya perbedaan kelelahan kerja yang bermakna berdasarkan&#13;
beban kerja, pencahayaan dan psikososial. Beberapa saran bagi rumah sakit diantaranya&#13;
menyesuaikan jumlah ketenagakerjaan perawat sesuai metode perhitungan seperti Metode&#13;
Gillies, memberikan tunjangan atau insentif kepada perawat sesuai kebijakan rumah sakit,&#13;
memberikan reward bagi perawat teladan dan mengganti dan melakukan perawatan pada&#13;
lampu.&#13;

LIGHTING AND OTHER FACTORS IN NURSING FATIGUE IN&#13;
HOSPITAL AND KIDS OF KENARI GRAHA MEDIKA CILEUNGSI&#13;
BOGOR DISTRICT 2019&#13;
Fatigue is a mechanism for protecting the body to avoid further damage resulting in recovery&#13;
after rest. The purpose of this study is to know the percentage of high work fatigue and proven&#13;
differences in nurse work fatigue based on physical workload, energy intake, lighting,&#13;
psychosocial and years of work at RSIA Kenari Graha Medika Cileungsi Bogor in 2019. This&#13;
research is quantitative analytical research with cross- sectional. The sampling technique of&#13;
this study was purposive sampling totaling 35 nurses. The instruments used were IFRC work&#13;
fatigue questionnaire, food recall, psychosocial questionnaire, stopwatch and lux meter. Data&#13;
analysis was used with univariate analysis and bivariate analysis (chi square test). The&#13;
results of this study prove that there are significant differences in work fatigue based on&#13;
workload, lighting and psychosocial. Some suggestions for hospitals include adjusting the&#13;
number of nurses in accordance with calculation methods such as the Gillies Method,&#13;
providing benefits or incentives to nurses according to hospital policies, giving rewards to&#13;
exemplary nurses and replacing and maintaining lights.&#13;
