ABSTRAK&#13;
Kelelahan mata dapat terjadi karena melihat sesuatu dengan jarak yang dekat&#13;
dalam waktu yang intens atau melihat suatu objek yang sangat kecil. Penyebab&#13;
kelelahan mata juga bisa disebabkan oleh cahaya yang langsung terpapar oleh&#13;
mata secara terus menerus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui&#13;
perbedaan masa kerja, intensitas cahaya, lama kerja dan penggunaan alat&#13;
pelindung mata dengan kelelahan mata pada pekerja pengelasan di bengkel las&#13;
wilayah Kelurahan Sukmajaya, Kota Depok tahun 2019. Penelitian ini adalah&#13;
penelitian kuantitaitf dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik sampling yang&#13;
digunakan adalah total sampling dengan jumlah responden 37 pekerja pengelasan.&#13;
Sebanyak 27 responden (73%) mengalami lelah mata, 24 responden (62,2%)&#13;
mempunyai masa kerja lama yaitu diatas 3 tahun, 22 responden (59,5%) terpapar&#13;
cahaya dari alat las &gt; NAB, 22 responden (59,5%) lama kerja pekerja terpapar&#13;
cahaya ≥ 4 Jam, 18 responden (48,6%) tidak menggunakan alat pelindung mata&#13;
saat melakukan pekerjaan pengelasan. Adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara&#13;
masa kerja P-value (0,002), intensitas cahaya P-value (0,000), lama kerja P-value&#13;
(0,006), dan penggunaan alat pelindung mata P-value (0,008) dengan kelelahan&#13;
mata. Diharapkan kepada pekerja mengistirahatkan matanya apabila mata sudah&#13;
mengalami kelelahan mata, pemilik bengkel sebaiknya lebih meningkatkan&#13;
keselamatan kepada pekerja dengan melengkapi APD seperti safety glass dengan&#13;
ultraviolet protective side shields, contohnya seperti tameng muka (face shields).&#13;
pemilik bengkel sebaiknya merotasi pekerjaan bagi pekerja yang sudah&#13;
mengalami kelelahan mata. Sistem rotasi yang dimaksud adalah dengan&#13;
melakukan pertukaran pekerjaan dengan pekerja yang tidak selalu mengerjakan&#13;
pengelasan tetapi juga pekerja yang melakukan pengecatan dan pemotongan.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Eye fatigue can occur because of seeing something with a distance that is close to&#13;
an intense time or seeing a very small object. The cause of approving the eye can&#13;
also be caused by light that is directly exposed to the eye continuously. The&#13;
purpose of this study was to study differences in working period, light intensity,&#13;
length of work and use of eye protection equipment with eye welding in welding&#13;
workers in the welding workshop in Sukmajaya Village, Depok City in 2019. This&#13;
study was a research developed with a cross sectional design. The sampling&#13;
technique used was total sampling with the number of respondents 37 welding&#13;
workers. A total of 27 respondents (73%) spent tired eyes, 24 respondents&#13;
(62.2%) received a long working period of over 3 years, 22 respondents (59.5%)&#13;
were exposed to light from welding equipment&gt; NAB, 22 respondents (59.5 )%)&#13;
long time workers exposed to light ≥ 4 hours, 18 respondents (48.6%) did not use&#13;
eye protection equipment while doing welding work. There was a significant&#13;
difference between the working period of the P-value (0.002), the light intensity of&#13;
the P-value (0,000), the length of work-P value (0.006), and the use of eye&#13;
protection P-values (0.008) using the eyes. It is expected that workers can decide&#13;
how to replace the eyes, workshop owners who further improve the safety of&#13;
workers with PPE such as safety glass with ultraviolet side guards, for example&#13;
like a face shield (face shield). the workshop owner agrees to rotate workers for&#13;
approved workers approved The replacement system is carried out by doing work&#13;
with workers who do not always require welding and workers who do painting&#13;
and cutting.&#13;
