ABSTRAK Nama : Stephen Radivan Narendra Aulia NIM : 15612021 Program Studi : S1 Kesehatan Masyarakat Judul : “Perbedaan Alat Pelindung Diri, Masa Kerja, Jam Kerja, Pendidikan, Usia, dan Pengetahuan Pekerja dengan Kecelakaan Ringan di Proyek Rusun POLRI PT Yodya Karya(Persero) Tahun 2019”. Penelitian membahas mengenai perbedaan faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab kecelakaan ringan di tempat kerja, yaitu seperti faktor pekerja (usia, jenis kelamin, lama kerja, pengetahuan, pengalaman kerja, pendidikan), faktor lingkungan (lokasi kerja, shift kerja, masa kerja). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jika ada perbedaan antara penggunaan alat pelindung diri, masa kerja, lama kerja, pendidikan, usia, dan pengetahuan pekerja terhadap kecelakaan ringan di proyek rusun POLRI PT Yodya Karya (Persero). Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analitik pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan data instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner dan observasi. Dari populasi yang sebanyak 152, diambil sampel sebanyak 110 responden. Analisis menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pekerja yang mengalami kecelakaan ringan sebanyak 42,7%. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukan bahwa ada tiga variabel yang memiliki perbedaan dengan kecelakaan ringan yaitu variabel penggunaan alat pelindung diri (p value 0,008), usia (p value 0,001), dan pengetahuan (p value 0,01). Sedangkan variabel yang tidak memiliki perbedaan adalah variabel masa kerja, lama kerja, dan pendidikan dengan (p value > 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka disarankan sebaiknya perusahaan meningkatkan pengawasan, meningkatkan pelatihan, mengadakan safety talk. This essay discuss about the difference between factors work accident in place, such as the factor from the worker (age, gender, work time, knowledge, experience, education), environment factors (work place, work shift, years of work). The purpose of this research is to know if there is a significant difference between the factors leading to light accident at proyek rusun POLRI PT YODYA KARYA (Persero) which contains the usage of PPE, years of work, work time,. education, age, and knowledge of the worker. This essay uses analytic method and cross sectional approach which means that the data was taken at the exact moment of that day. The data retrieval uses observation and questionnaire. There is a total of 152 workers, and the sample taken is 110 workers. This essay use Chi Square analysis statistic. The result shows that the percentage of minor accidents are still at high number of 47 cases of work accident (42.7%). The result from the bivariate analysis shows that there are three variables that has a significant difference with minor accidents that is the use of PPE (p value 0,008), age (p value 0,001), and knowledge (p value 0,01). Meanwhile the variables that doesn’t have the difference with minor injuries which is years of work, work time, and education (p value>0,05). From the result, it shows that there are still many workers who still suffer from light accident. As the researcher suggest that the company should give the worker more knowledge so it can lower the work accident rate.
