ABSTRAK&#13;
Kelelahan merupakan kondisi yang ditandai dengan perasaan lelah dan menurunkan&#13;
performansi, hasil studi pendahuluan (70%) kelelahan kerja yang di alami pekerja bagian produksi&#13;
di PT. Tansri Gani tahun 2019 disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti status gizi, shift kerja dan&#13;
masa kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini menjelaskan perbedaan status gizi, shift kerja, dan masa kerja&#13;
pada kelelahan kerja pekerja bagian produksi di PT. Tansri Gani tahun 2019.&#13;
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif analitik dengan desain cross sectional,&#13;
sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 pekerja, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pengukuran&#13;
kelelahan secara subjektif / Subjective Self Rating Test (SSRT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan&#13;
sebagian besar (68,3%) mengalami tingkat kelelahan kerja tinggi, pekerja berstatus gizi tidak&#13;
normal (61,7%), shift kerja malam (55,0%), masa kerja lama (61,7%). Hasil uji chi-square&#13;
diperoleh status gizi (p=0,037), shift kerja (p=0,006), dan masa kerja (p=0,016), terdapat&#13;
perbedaan yang bermakna status gizi, shift kerja,dan masa kerja pada kelelahan kerja.&#13;
Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar (68,3%) pekerja bagian produksi PT.&#13;
Tansri Gani mengalami tingkat kelelahan kerja tinggi, dan disarankan melakukan peraturan&#13;
penjadwalan kepada para pekerja sebulan sekali yaitu mengurangi waktu dan porsi pekerja shift&#13;
malam serta dilakukan pergantian atau perputaran pekerja, dan perusahaan supaya merotasi atau&#13;
menempatkan pekerja di unit lain bagi pekerja yang telah bekerja ≥ 4 tahun serta memperhatikan&#13;
gizi pekerja.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Fatigue is a condition characterized by feeling tired and decreasing performance, the&#13;
results of a preliminary study (70%) work fatigue experienced by production part workers at PT.&#13;
Tansri Gani is caused by several factors such as nutritional status, work shifts and years of&#13;
service. The purpose of this study explains the differences in nutritional status, work shifts, and&#13;
years of work on the fatigue of work of production part workers at PT. Tansri Gani in 2019.&#13;
The study used quantitative analytical methods with cross sectional design, the study&#13;
sample was 60 workers, the technique of collecting data used subjective fatigue measurement /&#13;
Subjective Self Rating Test (SSRT). The results showed that the majority (68.3%) experienced high&#13;
levels of work fatigue, abnormal nutrition status (61.7%), night shift (55.0%), long working period&#13;
(61.7%). Chi-square test results obtained nutritional status (p = 0.037), work shift (p = 0.006),&#13;
and work period (p = 0.016), there were significant differences in nutritional status, work shifts&#13;
and years of work on work fatigue.&#13;
The conclusion of this study is that most (68.3%) production workers at PT. Tansri Gani&#13;
experienced a high level of work fatigue, and it is recommended to make scheduling regulations&#13;
for workers once a month, namely reducing the time and portion of night shift workers and&#13;
changing workers’ turnover, and companies to rotate or place workers in other units for workers&#13;
who have worked ≥ 4 years and pay attention to workers' nutrition.&#13;
