ABSTRAK&#13;
Stres kerja adalah perasaan tertekan yang dialami karyawan dalam&#13;
menghadapi pekerjaan. Stres kerja ini tampak dari simptom, antara lain emosi&#13;
tidak stabil, perasaan tidak tenang, sulit tidur, merokok yang berlebihan, tidak bisa&#13;
rileks, cemas, tegang, suka menyendiri, gugup, tekanan darah meningkat, dan&#13;
mengalami gangguan pencernaan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk&#13;
mengetahui perbedaan antara beban kerja, masa kerja, shift kerja dan kepuasan&#13;
gaji pada stres kerja pekerja bagian produksi di PT. Tansri Gani tahun 2019.&#13;
Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode&#13;
analitik dan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini&#13;
pekerja bagian produksi sebanyak 60 responden dengan Teknik total sampling,&#13;
Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Health and Safety Executive (HSE) dengan&#13;
metode skoring dan menggunakan analisis chi square.&#13;
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (45,0%) pekerja mengalami stres&#13;
kerja, beban kerja berat (55,0%), masa kerja lama (63,3%), shift kerja siang&#13;
(60,0%), kepuasan gaji tidak puas (78,3%). Hasil uji ststistik menunjukan variabel&#13;
yang memiliki perbedaan yang bermakna dengan nilai P value yaitu beban kerja&#13;
(0,026), masa kerja (0,027), shift kerja (0,019), kepuasan gaji (0,035).&#13;
Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa banyak yang mengalami&#13;
stres kerja tinggi pada pekerja produksi PT. Tansri Gani. Saran dari penelitian ini&#13;
adalah diharapkan untuk pihak Tansrri Gani dapat memberikan edukasi kepada&#13;
para pekerja mengenai manajemen stres.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Job stress is a feeling of stress experienced by employees in the face of work. This&#13;
work stress can be seen from symptoms, including emotional instability, feeling&#13;
uneasy, insomnia, excessive smoking, being unable to relax, worry, tension, being&#13;
alone, nervous, blood pressure rising, and experiencing indigestion. The purpose&#13;
of this study is to find out the difference between workload, years of work, work&#13;
shifts and salary satisfaction at work stress on production part workers at PT.&#13;
Tansri Gani in 2019.&#13;
This research is a kind of quantitative research with analytical method and&#13;
cross sectional time approach. The population in this study were 60 production&#13;
workers with total sampling technique, the instrument used was Health and Safety&#13;
Executive (HSE) with a scoring method and using chi square analysis.&#13;
The results showed that (45.0%) workers experienced work stress, heavy workload&#13;
(55.0%), long working period (63.3%), afternoon work shift (60.0%), unsatisfied&#13;
salary satisfaction ( 78.3%). The statistical test results show variables that have&#13;
significant differences with the P value, namely workload (0.026), work period&#13;
(0.027), work shift (0.019), salary satisfaction (0.035).&#13;
From the results of this study it can be concluded that many experienced&#13;
high work stress on production workers of PT. Tansri Gani. Suggestions from this&#13;
research are that it is expected that Tansrri Gani can provide education to&#13;
workers regarding stress management.&#13;
