ABSTRAK&#13;
Kelelahan kerja yang dapat menurunkan kinerja dan meningkatkan kesalahan pekerja saat&#13;
melakukan pekerjaannya, sehingga menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja bahkan sampai menyebabkan&#13;
kematian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor umur, masa kerja, keadaan monoton&#13;
dan kebisingan mempengaruhi kelelahan kerja pada pekerja area Plate Making di PT. Nipress&#13;
Energi Otomotif Tahun 2019. Hasil uji univariat ini didapatkan pekerja yang mengalami&#13;
kelelahan kerja sebesar 70%, pekerja yang memiliki umur tua (≥ 30 tahun) sebesar 70%, pekerja&#13;
yang memiliki masa kerja lama (≥ 5 tahun) sebesar 75%, pekerja yang merasa pekerjaannya&#13;
monoton sebesar 65%, dan pekerja yang terpapar tingkat kebisingan tinggi sebesar 75%. Hasil&#13;
penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara umur (p-value = 0.012), masa&#13;
kerja (p-value = 0.048), keadaan monoton (p-value = 0.002), dan kebisingan (p-value = 0.048)&#13;
dengan kelelahan kerja.&#13;
Diharapkan perusahaan untuk mensosialisasikan atau memberikan pengetahuan kepada seluruh&#13;
pekerja tentang dampak yang akan terjadi, melakukan rotasi kerja pada pekerja yang memiliki&#13;
masa kerja yang terlalu lama, memberikan tambahan susu atau vitamin C kepada seluruh pekerja&#13;
khususnya yang bekerja dengan tingkat temperatur yang panas.&#13;

Differences In Fatigue Of Work Seen From The Age Factor, Work Period, Monotons, And&#13;
Noise In Area Plate Making Workers At PT. Nipress Energy Automotive The Year 2019&#13;
ABSTRACT&#13;
Exhaustion of work that can flow the work and rise up the weakness of employees when do&#13;
their jobs, that is caused workplace accident and even caused death. The aims of this research is&#13;
to know of some factor like, age factor, working period, monotons and noise affect work fatigue&#13;
in area Plate Making workers at PT. Nipress Energy Automotive the year 2019. The results of&#13;
this univariate test showed that workers who experienced work fatigue were as big as 70%,&#13;
workers who have old age (≥ 30 years old) as big as 70%, workers who have a long the working&#13;
period (≥ 5 years old) as big as 75%, workers who feel their jobs are monotons as big as 65%,&#13;
and workers exposed to high noise levels as big as 75%. The results showed that there were&#13;
significant differences between age (p-value = 0.012), working period (p-value = 0.048),&#13;
monotons (p-value = 0.002), and noise (p-value = 0.048) with work fatigue.&#13;
The results of this study are expected by companies to socialize or provide knowledge to all&#13;
workers about the impact that will occur, doing work rotation on workers who have a long&#13;
working period, provide additional milk or vitamin C to all workers, especially those who work&#13;
with hot temperatures.&#13;
