ABSTRAK&#13;
Ketidakpuasan dalam bekerja dapat disebabkan oleh stres yang berkaitan dengan&#13;
pekerjaan tersebut, sehingga dapat menurunkan produktivitas kerja. Stres dapat disebabkan&#13;
oleh kekawatiran berlebih, apatis, dan depresi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk&#13;
mengetahui perbedaann stres kerja pekerja produksi berdasarkan beban kerja, dukungan sosial&#13;
dan tuntutan kerja di PT X Tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan pendekatan&#13;
cross sectional. Jumlah Populasi 110 pekerja produksi dengan jumlah sampel 52 responden.&#13;
Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Health and Safety Executive (HSE) dan&#13;
kuesioner NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire. Analisis data digunakan denga uji chi&#13;
square dengan a = 0,1. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat perbedaan antara beban kerja&#13;
(p=0,08), dukungan sosial (p= 0,05) terhadap stres kerja. Variabel yang tidak berhubungan&#13;
adalah tuntutan kerja (p=0,2). Kesimpulan sebagian besar karyawan mengalami stres kerja,&#13;
terdapat perbedaan antara beban kerja dan dukungan sosial terhadap stres kerja. Saran untuk&#13;
perusahaan agar melakukan teknik manajemen stres yang tepat dan sesuai berupa pengaturan&#13;
dalam ruangan kerja secara memadai dan menciptakan lingkungan sosial yang baik untuk&#13;
beban kerja dan dukungan sosial. Untuk para pekerja, Melakukan manajemen stres dengan&#13;
berfikir positif terhadap kemampuan diri dan mengembangkan keterampilan diri dalam&#13;
bekerja serta membangun relasi dengan rekan kerja di perusahaan.&#13;
Kata kunci : Stres Kerja, Beban Kerja, Dukungan Sosial,Tuntutan Kerja.&#13;
ABSTRACT&#13;
Dissatisfaction in work could caused stress related with that work, so that could&#13;
reduce work productivity. Stress could be coused by excessive worry, apathy, and depression.&#13;
This research was conducted with the aim to determine the differences in work stress of&#13;
production workers based on workload, social support and work demands at PT X in 2019.&#13;
Type of research uses a cross sectional approach. The population in the study were&#13;
production workers with a sample of 52 respondents. The instruments used were the Health&#13;
and Safety Executive (HSE) questionnaire and the NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire.&#13;
Data analysis was used with chi square test with a = 0.1. Results of this research is were had&#13;
differences between workload (p = 0.08), social support (p = 0.05) on work stress. Unrelated&#13;
variables are work demands (p = 0.2). Suggestions for companies to carry out appropriate&#13;
stress management techniques in the form of adequate work space arrangements and creating&#13;
a social environment that is good for workload and social support. For workers, to carry out&#13;
stress management by thinking positively about their abilities and developing self-skills in&#13;
working and building relationships with colleagues in the company.&#13;
