Program Studi S1 Kesehatan Masyarakat, STIKes Mitra RIA Husada, Jakarta Timur Email :info@mrh.ac.id ABSTRAK Low Back Pain merupakan masalah kesehatan dunia yang dapat menyebabkan pembatasan aktivitas dan juga ketidakhadiran kerja. Berdasarkan data studi pendahuluan pada Februari 2019 60% Tenaga Kesehatan (Bidan dan Perawat) di RSIA Kenari Graha Medika mengalami keluhan Low Back Pain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan keluhan Low Back Pain berdasarkan faktor postur kerja, masa kerja, IMT, serta riwayat penyakit pada bidan dan perawat di RSIA Kenari. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah bidan perawat dengan jumlah sampel 53 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesioner Nordic Body Map, lembar REBA. Analisis data digunakan dengan uji chi square dengan α=0,05. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat perbedaan antara postur kerja (p=0,03), masa kerja (p=0,01), IMT (p=0,02) terhadap keluhan low back pain. Variabel yang tidak berhubungan adalah riwayat penyakit (p=0,32). Kesimpulan sebagian besar bidan dan perawat mengalami keluhan Low Back Pain, terdapat perbedaan antara posisi kerja, masa kerja, serta IMT terhadap keluhan Low Back Pain. Saran untuk perusahaan mengadakan pelatihan untuk bekerja secara ergonomi, melakukan standarisasi penerimaan bidan dan perawat minimal tinggi badan 150 cm, menggiatkan kembali olahraga bersama. Bidan dan perawat sebaiknya mengatur pola makan teratur serta melakukan medical chek-up secara rutin. Based on preliminary study data on February 60% of health workers (midwives and nurses) in RSIA Kenari Graha Medika experienced Low Back Pain complaints. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in complaints of Low Back Pain based on factors of work posture, working period, BMI, and hospital chart of the nurse and midwife at RSIA. Quantitative research with approach cross sectional. The population in the study was nurse midwives with a total of 53 people. The instrument used is NBM, REBA. Data analysis used chi square with α=0,05. The result of the study was that there was a difference between work posture (p = 0.03), work period (p = 0.01), BMI (p = 0.02) for complaints of Low Back Pain. Unrelated variables are hospital chart (p = 0.32). Conclusion most midwives and nurses have complaints of Low Back Pain, there is a difference between work position, employment, and BMI against Low Back Pain complaints. Advice for companies to hold training to work ergonomic, standardize the acceptance of midwifes and nurses at least 150 cm in height. Midwives and nurses should arrange regular eating patterns and conduct medical chek-ups on a regular basis.
