ABSTRAK&#13;
Stres kerja merupakan perubahan kondisi fisik atau mental seseorang sebagai sebuah respon di tempat kerja yang&#13;
akan berdampak pada penyakit kardiovaskular. Stres kerja masih menjadi masalah umum yang terjadi di tempat&#13;
kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya persentase stres kerja tinggi dan dibuktikan adanya perbedaan stres&#13;
kerja berdasarkan beban kerja mental, tuntutan kerja, dukungan sosial dan shift kerja pada tenaga paramedis di RSIA&#13;
Kenari Graha Medika Cileungsi Bogor tahun 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan&#13;
pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah total populasi bidan dan perawat berjumlah 42 orang.&#13;
Instrumen yang digunakan kuesioner HSE metode skoring, NASA – TLX dan NIOSH GJSQ. Analisis data&#13;
digunakan dengan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat (uji chi square). Hasil penelitian ini yaitu data belum&#13;
mampu membuktikan adanya perbedaan stres kerja yang bermakna berdasarkan beban kerja mental, tuntutan kerja,&#13;
dukungan sosial dan shift kerja. Dukungan sosial dan shift kerja memiliki kecenderungan untuk terjadinya stres&#13;
kerja. Beberapa saran yang dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan rumah sakit diantaranya memberikan reward bagi&#13;
karyawan teladan serta perubahan durasi kerja pada setiap shift. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya&#13;
memperhatikan kembali sampel yang akan diteliti, melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dan melakukan analisis&#13;
dengan cara lain.&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Occupational stress is a change in a person's physical or mental condition as a response in the workplace that will&#13;
impact cardiovascular disease. Occupational stress was still a common problem that occurs at workplace. The&#13;
purpose of this research was to know percentage of high occupational stress and the evidenced that there were&#13;
difference in the occupational stress based on mental workload, work demands, social support and shifts in&#13;
paramedics at RSIA Kenari Graha Medika Cileungsi Bogor in 2019. This research was a quantitative analytical&#13;
study with a cross-sectional approach. This research sample was the total population of paramedics as many as to&#13;
42 people. The instruments used were HSE questionnaire method, NASA – TLX and NIOSH GJSQ. Data analysis&#13;
was used with univariate analysis and bivariate analysis (chi square test). The results of this research were not yet&#13;
able to prove a meaningful occupational stress difference based on mental workload, work demands, social support&#13;
and shift work. Social support and shift work have a tendency to occupational stress. Some advice that could be a&#13;
hospital consideration was to provide reward for exemplary employees as well as change the duration of work on&#13;
each shift. For further research, you should look back at the samples that will be researched, conduct validity and&#13;
reliability tests and conduct analysis in other ways.&#13;
