ABSTRAK&#13;
Penelitian ini tentang hubungan antara faktor individu, faktor psikologi, dan faktor organisasi dengan&#13;
kepuasan kerja pegawai non medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Sismadi Cileungsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk&#13;
mengetahui hubungan antara faktor-faktor tersebut dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai non medis di Rumah Sakit&#13;
Umum Dr. Sismadi Cileungsi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross&#13;
sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 responden. Metode pengambilan data yang dilakukan&#13;
dengan kuesioner. Dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 30&#13;
responden (55,6%) merasa tidak puas dengan pekerjaannya. Hasil uji chi-square diperoleh variabel yang&#13;
memiliki nilai p-value &lt; dari 0,005 yaitu status kepegawaian (p=0,017), motivasi (p=0,001), gaji (p=0,007),&#13;
kondisi kerja (p=0,020). Sedangkan variabel yang memiliki nilai p-value &gt; dari 0,005 yaitu masa kerja&#13;

Organizational Factors Toward The Job Satisfaction of Non medical&#13;
Employees at Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Sismadi Cileungsi in 2018&#13;
ABSTRACT&#13;
This study is about the correlation between individual factors, psychology factors, and organizational&#13;
factors toward the job satisfaction of non medical employees at rumah sakit umum dr. sismadi cileungsi. This&#13;
research aims to know the relationship between those factors with the non medical officer job satisfaction in&#13;
general hospital Dr. Sismadi Cileungsi. This research is quantitative analytical research with cross sectional&#13;
approach. The population in this research totalled 54 rasponden. methods of data retrieval is done with a&#13;
questionnaire. And data analysis used was chi-square. The results showed 30 respondents (55.6%) felt satisfied&#13;
with his work. Chi-square test results obtained variable that has value p-value &lt; from 0.005 i.e. staffing status&#13;
(p = 0,017), motivation (p = 0.001), salary (p = 0.007), working conditions (p = 0,020). While the variable that&#13;
has value p-value &gt; from 0.005 i.e. working period (p = 0,588), guarantees a job (p = 0,210). So it can be&#13;
concluded that there are four variables that are related and 2 other variables not associated.&#13;
