ABSTRAK&#13;
Sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu faktor penggerak utama jalannya proses produksi. Tidak adanya tenaga&#13;
kerja/karyawan yang profesional/kompetitif, perusahaan tidak dapat melakukan aktivitasnya secara maksimal&#13;
meskipun semua peralatan modern yang diperlukan telah tersedia. Skripsi ini membahas tentang perbedaan&#13;
faktor produktivitas kerja karyawan berdasarkan faktor pendidikan, upah, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja pada&#13;
karyawan di PT. Bostinco Cileungsi Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain&#13;
cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah&#13;
kuesioner. Analisi data yang digunakan adalah uji chi-square α= 0,05. Hasil penelitian yang didapat adalah data&#13;
belum mampu membuktikan adanya perbedaan faktor produktivitas kerja yang bermakna berdasarkan faktor&#13;
pendidikan (p= 0,630), upah (p= 0,129) dan motivasi kerja (p=0,120). Data mampu membuktikan adanya&#13;
perbedaan faktor produktivitas kerja yang bermakna berdasarkan faktor disiplin kerja (p=0,000).Hasil penelitian&#13;
menyarankan bahwa perusahaan perlu membuat program dan berkomitmen menjalankan program yang&#13;
berkaitan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan agar tetap menjadi manusia yang sehat dan produktif.&#13;
Sudah seharusnya perusahaan mendeteksi dini kondisi para karyawannya terkait penyakit akibat kerja (PAK)&#13;
dan mengevaluasi penyebab-penyebabnya.&#13;

The differences of work productivity factor according to educational factor,&#13;
salary, discipline of work and motivation of work of PT. Bostinco Cileungsi&#13;

ABSTRACT&#13;
Human resource is one of prime driving factors of the production proccess. If there are no&#13;
professional/competitive labors or workers, a company can’t be maximal to do their daily activity even though&#13;
all of the modern equipments which is needed have been available. This minithesis discuss about the differences&#13;
of work productivity factor according to educational factor, salary, discipline of work and motivation of work of&#13;
PT. Bostinco Cileungsi 2019. The quantitative method is used by the writer with cross-sectional design. The&#13;
amount of sample in this research are 50 respondents. The instrument used in this research is questioner. The&#13;
data analysis used in this research is the test of chi-square a=0,05. The final result showed that data have not&#13;
be able to prove the meaningful differences of work productivity factor based on educational factor (p=0.630),&#13;
salary (p=0.129) and motivation of work (p=0.120). Data can prove the meaningful differences of work&#13;
productivity factor based on work discipline (p=0.000). The final results of research suggest the company&#13;
needs to make a program and commited to implement the program which related to increase the labors&#13;
productivity so that makes the labors more healthy and productive. It is the time for the company to detect the&#13;
condition of labors about their occupational illness (PAK) and conduct the evaluation of the causes if there is&#13;
something.&#13;
