Yeni Mayasari STIKes Mitra RIA Husada Program Studi D-IV Bidan Pendidik Jakarta, 26 Juli 2018 Faktor-faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Gangguan Siklus Haid Mahasiswa DIII Kebidanan AKBID Prima Husada Bogor Tahun 2018 ABSTRAK Gangguan siklus haid adalah terjadinya perdarahan yang tidak normal dalam hal panjang siklus haid, lama haid dan jumlah darah haid. Gangguan siklus haid dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya faktor obesitas, aktivitas fisik, stress dan menarche. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan obesitas, nutris i, aktivitas, stress dan menarche dengan gangguan siklus haid di AKBID Prima Husada Bogor Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Cross sectional dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat analitik dengan menggunakan data primer. Popuasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasis wa tingkat II DIII kebidanan AKBID Prima Husada Bogor berjumlah 126 orang. Sample penelitian sebanyak 56 orang. Teknik pengambilan sample dengan menggunaka n random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Chi Square. Hasil penelitia n gangguan siklus haid sebanyak 25 orang (44,6%) menyatakan mengalami ganggua n siklus haid dan sebanyak 31 orang (55,4%) tidak mengalami gangguan siklu haid. Berdasarkan faktor terjadinya gangguan siklus haid diantaranya obesitas (72,7%), aktivitas fisik (88,0%), stress (92,3%) dan menarche (92,0%). Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan gangguan siklus haid sebagian besar termasuk dalam kategori mengalami gangguan siklus haid. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa gangguan siklus haid termasuk dalam keadaan (reability) sedangkan faktor yang lebih dominan kurang adalah faktor obesitas. This research aims to know the relationship of obesity, nutrition, activity, stress and menarche with disorders of the menstrual cycle in Academy Of Midwife Prima of Bogor Husada 2018. This research is quantitative research with Cross sectional research design and the type of research used analytic nature by using primary data. Popuasi in this study is the whole student level II DIII obstetrics Academy Of Midwife Prima Husada Bogor totaled 126 people. Sample research as many as 56 people. Sample retrieval techniques by using random sampling. Technique of data analysis using Chi Square. Results of the study of disorders of the menstrual cycle as many as 25 people (44.6%) States experiencing disruption of the menstrual cycle and as many as 31 people (55.4%) experienced no interruption siklus menstruation. Based on the factors of the onset of menstrual cycle disorders including obesity (72.7%), physical activity (88.0%), stress (92.3%) and menarche (92.0%). The factors that are associated with disorders of the menstrual cycle is mostly included in the category experienced a disruption of the menstrual cycle. From the results it can be concluded that the disorder of the menstrual cycle are included in the State (reability) while a more dominant factor less factor is obesity.
