“Perbedaan Status Kerja Berdasarkan Motivasi, Kepercayaan Diri, Prestasi&#13;
DanKesempatan Kerja Alumni Program Studi D-III Kebidanan Stikes&#13;
Mitra RIA HusadaTahun 2018”&#13;
Kualitas manusia sebagai tenaga kerja merupakan modal dasar dalam&#13;
masa pembangunan. Tenaga kerja yang berkualitas akan menghasilkan suatu hasil&#13;
kerja yang optimal sesuai dengan target kerjanya. perguruan tinggi di tuntut untuk&#13;
menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki daya saing dan siap berkiprah dalam&#13;
pembangunan sesuai dengan bidang keilmuan dan keahlian. Penelitian ini&#13;
bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan status kerja berdasarkan Motivasi,&#13;
kepercayaan Diri, prestasi, kesempatan kerja Alumni Program Studi D-III&#13;
Kebidanan di STIKes Mitra RIA Husada Tahun 2018.&#13;
Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional, dengan metode kuantitatif&#13;
menggunakan data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah alumni Program&#13;
Studi D-III Kebidanan STIKes Mitra RIA Husada Tahun Ajaran 2015-2017 yang&#13;
berjumlahkan 253 alumni. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 72 alumni. Teknik analisis&#13;
data yaitu Chi Square.&#13;
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan status kerja berdasarkan&#13;
motivasi kerja (p-value = 0,015), kepercayaan diri (p-value = 0,014), prestasi (p-&#13;
value = 0,010), kesempatan kerja (p-value = 0,011).&#13;
Bagi STIKes Mitra RIA Husada sebaiknya ikut berperan dalam&#13;
meningkatkan status kerja alumni. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan memberi&#13;
motivasi kerja kepada mahasiswa agar lebih siap menghadapi dunia kerja.&#13;
Motivasi yang tinggi dapat memupuk kepercayaan diri yang tinggi. Hasil&#13;
penelitiaan ini juga dapat digunakan untuk menambah wawasan mahasiswa&#13;
tentang dunia kerja setelah kuliah.&#13;

Human quality as a workforce is the basic capital in the development&#13;
period. A qualified workforce will produce an optimal work result in accordance&#13;
with its work target. universities in demand to produce graduates who have&#13;
competitiveness and ready to take part in development in accordance with the&#13;
field of science and expertise. This study aims to determine differences in work&#13;
status based on motivation, self-confidence, achievement, employment&#13;
opportunities Alumni Program D-III Midwifery in STIKes Mitra RIA Husada Year&#13;
2018.&#13;
The design of this research is cross sectional, with quantitative method&#13;
using primary data. The population in this research is the alumni of STIKes Mitra&#13;
RIA Husada STI of Year 2015-2017, which totals 253 alumni. The sample of&#13;
research is 72 alumni. Data analysis technique is Chi Square. The result of the&#13;
research shows that there are different working status based on work motivation&#13;
(p-value = 0,015), self-esteem (p-value = 0,014), achievement (p-value = 0,010),&#13;
job opportunity (p-value = 0,011)&#13;
For STIKes Mitra RIA Husada should play a role in improving the working&#13;
status of alumni. This can be done by giving motivation to the students work to be&#13;
better prepared to face the world of work. High motivation can foster high self&#13;
confidence. The results of this research can also be used to increase student&#13;
insight into the world of work after college.&#13;
