Dosen yang memiliki kompetensi tinggi akan menghasilkan kegiatan belajar&#13;
mengajar yang efektif sehingga mahasiswa merasa puas karena mampu&#13;
memahami apa yang disampaikan oleh dosen, mendapatkan pembelajaran yang&#13;
menyenangkan dan akhirnya mendapatkan prestasi yang baik yang akan&#13;
menambah nilai kepuasan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui&#13;
“Hubungan Kompetensi Dosen dengan Kepuasan Mahasiswa di program studi&#13;
D III Kebidanan STIKes Mitra RIA Husada Tahun 2018.&#13;
Meteode penelitian inimenggunakan desain Analitik Kuantitatif dengan&#13;
pendekatan cross sectional. Bertempat di STIKes Mitra RIA Husada pada bulan&#13;
juli 2018 dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa program studi D III Kebidanan&#13;
dengan jumlah 55 responden,data yang digunakan data primer menggunakan&#13;
kuesioner yang sudah di uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, lalu diolah dan dianalisis&#13;
menggunakan uji chi square.&#13;
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 58,2% mahasiswa yang puas.&#13;
Sedangkan yang menyatakan&#13;
tidak puas sebanyak (41,8%). Kompetensi&#13;
pedagogik baik (47,3%), kurang baik (52,7%). Kompetensi kepribadian&#13;
baik(45,5%), kompetensi kepribadian kurang baik (54,5%). Kompetensi sosial&#13;
(40,0%), sedangkan kompetensi sosial kurang baik (60,0%). Kompetensi&#13;
profesional baik (43,6%), Kompetensi profesional kurang baik (56,4%). Variabel&#13;
yang diteliti memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat atau signifikan. Kompetensi&#13;
pedagogik(p-value=0.017),kompetensi kepribadian (p-value=0.007), kompetensi&#13;
sosial (p-value=0.000) dan kompetensi profesional (p-value=0.002).&#13;
Kesimpulan bahwa didapat sebagian besar mahasiswa puas terhadap&#13;
kompetensi dosen sehingga disarankan agar diadakannya evaluasi kinerja dosen&#13;
melalui penilaian yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa secara teratur setiap&#13;
semesternya. Serta memberikan reward kepada dosen yang kompeten, salah&#13;
satunya pengadaan pelatihan-pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensi&#13;
dosen.&#13;

Lecturers who have high competence will result in effective teaching and&#13;
learning activities so that students feel satisfied because they are able to&#13;
understand what is delivered by lecturers, get a fun learning and finally get a&#13;
good achievement that will add value satisfaction. The purpose of this research is&#13;
to know &quot;Lecturer Competence Relation with Student Satisfaction at D III&#13;
Midwifery Program STIKes Mitra RIA Husada Year 2018.&#13;
This research method uses quantitative design with cross sectional approach.&#13;
Located at STIKes Mitra RIA Husada in July 2018 with the population of all&#13;
students of study program D III Midwifery with 55 respondents, the data used&#13;
primary data using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and&#13;
reliability test, then processed and analyzed using chi square test.&#13;
The results showed that there were 58.2% of satisfied students. Which stated not&#13;
satisfied as much (41.8%). good pedagogic competence (47.3%), poor (52.7%).&#13;
good personality competence (45.5%), poor personality competence (54.5%).&#13;
social competence (40.0%), while social competence is not good (60.0%). good&#13;
professional competence (43.6%), poor professional competence (56.4%). the&#13;
variables studied have a very strong or significant relationship. Pedagogic&#13;
competence (p-value = 0.017), personality competency (p-value = 0.007), social&#13;
competence (p-value = 0.000) and professional competence(p-value = 0.002).&#13;
The conclusion is that most students are satisfied with the competence of the&#13;
lecturer so that it is suggested that the evaluation of the performance of the&#13;
lecturer is conducted through an assessment conducted by students regularly&#13;
every semester. As well as giving rewards to competent lecturers, one of them is&#13;
providing training training that can improve lecturer competence.&#13;
