ABSTRAK Nama Program Studi Judul : Christiana Anastasia Riwu : D-IV Bidan Pendidik : Perbedaan Motivasi, Referensi, dan Faktor Lainnya Pada Tingkat Stres Dalam Penyusunan Karya Tulis Ilmiah Mahasiswa D-IV Bidan Pendidik Di STIKes Mitra RIA Husada Tahun 2018. Tingginya mahasiswa yang mengalami stres dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah ini yang menjadi latar belakang dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatahui perbedaan motivasi, referensi dan faktorlainnya pada tingkat stres dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah mahasiswa D-IV Bidan Pendidik di STIKes Mitra RIA Husada Tahun 2018 ‘’. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional (potong lintang). Populasi yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa D-IV Bidan Pendidik STIKes Mitra RIA Husada tahun 2018 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 72 responden, penentuan besar sampel rumus lameshow. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari bulan Desember sampai dengan waktu yang telah ditetapkan oleh institusi. Teknik analisi data yaitu Chi Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan motivasi dengan PValue = 0,001 , bahan referensi PValue = 0,001, pengaruh teman PValue = 0,001 dan dukungan keluarga PValue = 0,001 pada tingkat stres pada mahasiswa dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah dan tidak ada perbedaan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap dosen pembimbing PValue = 4,494 dan kecerdasan emosional PValue = 0,163 dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini mahasiswa yang mengalami stres lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa yang tidak mengalami stres. terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara motivasi, bahan referensi, dosen pembimbing, pengaruh teman dan dukungan keluarga.
